Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
PT (24 hours) days, 8-hour shifts

Conduct patient assessments, provide education, manage triage, coordinate care, and support special exams. Acute care or oncology experience is a plus, along with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in radiation oncology.
