
We are looking for an Ambulance Care Assistant to support our Secure Mental Health Contract in Gloucester.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Mental Health Ambulance Care Assistant to join our growing team based in Gloucester. If you are compassionate, calm under pressure and committed to treating every person with dignity, this could be the role for you.
You will support people with mental health needs during journeys to and from healthcare and other care settings. Working within EMED Group’s Safe Care Mental Health division, you will provide safe, respectful and person-centred support, guided by least restrictive practice. Journeys are usually completed by a two- or three-person crew, so a full manual UK driving licence is essential.
Contract type: Full time, permanent, 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts 10:00am - 10:00pm with flexibility
