Job Description


The Solaire Club Ambassador is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our VIP customers, being reliable, possessing a positive attitude, being skilled at conversation, being able to enjoy talking to a stranger and being able to think on your feet.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Meet and greet all valuable members of our exclusive premium Mass gaming area.

  • Seat guests at their preferred location,
    assist
    in helping an available seat, or
    identify
    trends.

  • Remember the guest’s name, preferred game type, favorite drink, food, and cigarette.

  • Assist
    in issuing an order with F&B during busy periods to help
    expedite
    service.

  • Possibly bring a drink order to a guest during peak periods

  • Identify
    good and regular patrons and provide a high standard of customer service to generate frequent visits.

  • Always
    establish
    a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude with patrons.

  • Anticipating patrons’ needs and problems at Solaire Club and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly.

  • Provide information about facilities, amenities, entertainment, events, and promotions taking place within the premises and on the property.

  • Encourage customers to enjoy themselves at the gaming tables and slots.

  • Build and
    maintain
    good rapport with Player Development Team, Solaire Rewards Club Representatives, F&B personnel, Table Games Team, Slots Ambassadors, Cage personnel, and Security to ensure the ultimate guest experience.

  • Act
    in accordance with
    Solaire policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers

  • Report any incidents and provide customer feedback to Superiors


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any Business-Related course

  • Good communication
    and presentation skills

  • Background in gaming / hospitality events management is an advantage.

  • 1 – 2 years experience in Hospitality industry
