REQ12534 Ambassador, Kid's City (Open)

As a Kid’s City Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe and engaging environment for children staying at the resort. Your role includes organizing activities, supervising playtime, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for youngest guests while upholding the highest standards of safety and hospitality. You will serve as the face of the resort’s Kid’s City, providing warm and welcoming service to families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Engagement & Experience:

• Greet and welcome children and their families upon arrival at the Kid’s City.
• Ensure a fun, safe and engaging environment for children.
• Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that encourages participation in activities.
  

Activity Planning & Supervision:

• Plan, organize and lead a variety of creative, educational, and recreational activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, games, outdoor play etc.)
• Supervise children during activities, always ensuring the safety of all children in the Kid’s City.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kid’s City area, ensuring toys and equipment are in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities, needs, and any incidents.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures, ensuring a secure environment for children.
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
• Assist in special resort events or themed activities involving children when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in child-care, education, recreation, or hospitality is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
