Part Time Opportunity:

Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday & Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus.
• Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
• Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers.
• Assists customers in elevaor lobbies & lanes.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude
• Additional duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning tasks.
• Other special projects assignments to include events coverage: OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc..

Physical Demands: The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk, and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10lbs.

Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
