Job Description

The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to Shuttle and Parking customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Welcomes prospects, residents, and guests to the leasing office/community and ensures a warm, professional, and comfortable experience for all visitors.
  2. Answers incoming calls, directs inquiries to the appropriate team members, and assists with follow-up communication regarding service requests as needed.
  3. Oversees guest suite reservations by coordinating scheduling, confirming payment and cleanliness standards, and managing loading dock and elevator reservations for move-ins and move-outs.
  4. Ensures all clubhouse and amenity spaces are clean, organized, and fully prepared prior to the opening of the leasing office each day.
  5. Manages package deliveries by accurately documenting arrivals and notifying residents of deliveries within 24 hours.
  6. Maintains organized records and tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other resident-related services offered by the community.
  7. Supports the onsite team with scheduling, coordination, and execution of resident events, programs, and community activities.
  8. Maintains current knowledge of local restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, and service providers while building strong relationships with concierge vendors and community partners.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Provides general administrative and operational support including paperwork, data entry, computer-related tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and operational standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting any concerns, violations, or operational issues to the appropriate leadership team.

Basic Qualifications:

•  Must be 18 years of age or older

•  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

•  No experience required and on the job training provided


Preferred Qualifications:

•  One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
