Performance advertising lead for client baby-gear brand across UAE, KSA, GCC, India & expanding global Amazon marketplaces.

About job
The client is a fast-growing premium baby & nursery brand expanding across the GCC through Mumzworld, FirstCry, Noon, Amazon, Babyshop and other leading retailers. The company is expanding into Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and additional global Amazon marketplaces. Amazon is one of its biggest growth channels, and this role will own Amazon performance marketing end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Amazon Advertising
- Manage Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Brands Video
- Sponsored Display
- Sponsored TV
- Amazon DSP
- Drive awareness, consideration, conversions and customer retention.
- Build brand defense campaigns.
- Grow Subscribe & Save and repeat purchases.
2. Campaign Management
- Create Auto Manual Exact campaign structures.
- Weekly keyword harvesting.
- Add negative keywords.
- Optimize bids and budgets.
- Control ACoS and TACoS.
- Manage Top-of-Search bid adjustments.
- Dayparting and placement optimization.
3. Global Marketplace Management
Run campaigns across:
- Amazon UAE (.ae)
- Amazon Saudi Arabia (.sa)
- Amazon India
- Amazon US
- Amazon UK
- Amazon Germany / EU5
- Future marketplaces
Localize keywords, creatives and bidding strategies for each country.
4. Sales & Growth
- Own marketplace sales targets.
- Improve ROAS and TACoS.
- Increase Best Seller Rank (BSR).
- Launch new SKUs.
- Execute Prime Day, White Friday, Ramadan, Eid, Back-to-School and Black Friday campaigns.
5. Listing & Creative Optimization
- Coordinate with designers.
- Improve product images.
- Create A+ Premium Content.
- Optimize Brand Stores.
- Improve titles.
- Optimize bullet points.
- Backend keywords.
- Pricing.
- Increase CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Manage review programs like Vine.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Track:
- Spend
- Sales
- ACoS
- TACoS
- ROAS
- CTR
- CVR
- New-to-Brand %
- BSR
- Share of Voice
Use:
- Brand Analytics
- Search Query Performance
- Amazon Marketing Cloud
- Amazon Attribution
Provide weekly reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
Requirements
- 3–7 years Amazon PPC experience.
- Experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, SBV, Sponsored Display and DSP.
- Experience across at least two regions:
- GCC (UAE/KSA)
- India
- USA
- UK/EU
- Strong Seller Central experience.
- Understand full-funnel Amazon advertising.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Uncapped quarterly bonus based on ROAS and sales growth.
