Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers along assigned routes while maintaining on-time performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report mechanical or safety concerns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, incidents, or operational needs.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, including daily vehicle inspections, driver logs, incident reports, and operational records.
  • Document operational issues and service disruptions to support continuous improvement and trend analysis.
  • Assist passengers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner while fostering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Be able to read, write and speak in English to the extent necessary to perform essential job duties
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
  • Must have and maintain a Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Endorsement
  • Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience transporting passengers in a shuttle, transit, commuter, or public transportation environment.
  • Experience working with client-facing transportation services.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance requirements.
