Amazon Listings & Growth Strategist | Brooklyn, NY · $120,000–$180,000 + upside

About the Role We're a large ecommerce retailer with a deep, high-performing catalog — and we're looking for someone who can make our products pop on Amazon. Some listings fly, others fade, and your job is to know the difference and fix it. This is a role for a marketer at heart: part data strategist, part brand builder, part experimenter, with the instincts to know what makes people click, add to cart, and come back.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Optimization & Growth

• Optimize product listings organically to drive stronger, more consistent sales
• Diagnose why certain products drop off — and build the plan to bring them back up
• Position every listing to sell in the best possible spot across the catalog

Branding & Marketing

• Bring a sharp brand sensibility to how listings look, read, and convert
• Lead primarily on organic growth, with some paid marketing in the mix
• Craft images and copy that grab attention and move product

Testing & Market Vigilance

• Run A/B tests across listing elements to find what actually converts
• Test and adjust competitive pricing strategies
• Stay hyper-vigilant on marketplace trends, pace, and competition to keep products in the lead

Qualifications

• Strong ecommerce marketing background, specifically with Amazon
• A marketer who gets people, branding, and what makes a listing sell
• Data-driven, decisive, and able to back up your game plan with reasoning
