We are looking for an Amazon Demand Planner to support inventory forecasting and supply planning across its growing marketplace business. This role will play a key part in ensuring in stock performance while minimizing overstock and excess inventory risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions
  • Analyze historical sales data and marketplace performance
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to align purchasing decisions
  • Monitor sell-through rates and inventory health metrics
  • Identify risks related to stockouts or overstock
  • Support reporting and forecasting models in Excel or planning tools

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of demand planning, inventory planning, or forecasting experience
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, forecasting models)
  • Experience working with Amazon data or marketplace forecasting strongly preferred
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills
