As an Amazon Connect Tech Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives through innovative business application consulting services.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications, leveraging a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

- Leading the analysis and implementation of business application solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice on business application integration and utilization
- Overseeing the development and delivery of training programs to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery and resource management
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client strategic objectives and enhance service excellence
- Innovating processes and leveraging business technology to support client contact center technology initiatives
- Providing technical consultation and support for complex business application projects
- Developing documentation and delivering feedback to improve application software performance and user experience
- Promoting inclusion and teamwork to build diverse, high-performing teams within the organization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
