About the Role A fast-growing e-commerce company in the footwear space is looking for an Amazon Analytics Associate to join its in-house marketing team. This is a data-driven role for someone sharp with numbers who can dig into performance metrics, spot what's working (and what isn't), and help keep a significant ad spend running at peak efficiency. You'll work closely with the marketing lead and an existing team member to make sure every product launch and every dollar spent is properly optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Optimization

• Monitor and adjust budget allocation based on performance metrics
• Track whether products are meeting goals and projections, and troubleshoot when they're not
• Support new product launches with hands-on ad management

Data & Reporting

• Analyze large volumes of account data to identify what needs attention
• Use internal and Amazon-provided dashboards and automation tools to stay on top of account health
• Flag underperforming or improperly presented listings to the appropriate team for resolution

Collaboration

• Work alongside an existing data/marketing team member to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Bring creative, data-backed suggestions for new strategies and improvements

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, etc.)
• Comfortable and proficient using AI tools in daily work
• Understanding of how APIs and basic programming concepts work
• Prior Amazon advertising experience is a plus but not required — strong training provided
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
