The Role
Quantum Services is seeking a systems-oriented leader to oversee our Amarillo Division. This is not a "desk job." Our Division Managers lead from the front, starting their days early on-site at client locations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
You will manage a local team, coordinate complex scheduling, and serve as the primary point of contact for our retail partners. We are looking for a professional who finds satisfaction in precision, values professional humility, and understands that the success of the team is a reflection of the integrity of the system.
What You Will Do (The System)
Lead Operations: Work alongside your team to effectively and accurately audit convenience store inventory (stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and sales floors).
Drive Process Improvement: Apply a "Plan-Do-Study-Act" mindset to daily workflows, identifying bottlenecks and refining scheduling for maximum efficiency.
Client Consultation: Provide Store Managers with objective, data-driven insights they can use to improve their business outcomes.
Team Development: Provide ongoing training and direct communication to your team, focusing on accuracy and dependability.
What You Bring to the Table
Integrity: You do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it.
Systems Thinking: You look for the "why" behind the numbers and focus on long-term process stability.
Operational Discipline: You are dependable, punctual, and comfortable with a physically active role that includes driving, kneeling, and working in varied environments (including coolers/freezers).
Professionalism: You possess the "quiet authority" needed to manage a diverse team and maintain high standards without unnecessary "fluff."
Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for use during the initial training period.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including squatting, kneeling, and standing on small ladders.
Background in retail leadership, route sales, or inventory management is preferred.
What Quantum Services Provides
Autonomy: The independence to run your area effectively.
Resources: Company car and gas card provided upon successful completion of training.
Stability: Paid holidays, vacation, and a comprehensive benefits plan (Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and 401K).
Growth: Tuition reimbursement and a culture that values continuous improvement.
