Job Description

Our client is a well-established Retail Bank. They are currently looking for AM / Senior Officer for their Customer Analytics Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis to support business growth and improve customer experience
  • Drive Retail Banking business by producing data analytics and business insights. Products include deposit, loan, credit card etc.
  • Work closely with Channel and Marketing team on campaign design and business plan
  • Prepare MIS reports for business and senior management
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or related disciplines
  • 2 - 5 years in customer analytics/ business intelligence/ data analytics in banking industry
  • Knowledge in SAS/ R/ Tableu/ Python
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
