Job Description

Our client is an international investment firm. They are currently looking for an experienced HR generalist to join their HR team.

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle
• Responsible for new hire onboarding and performance management
• Act as main point of contact for employees in relation to HR related questions
• Prepare and maintain staff handbooks and HR policies
• Responsible for ongoing talent management. Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
• Support implementation of HR system
• Work closely with overseas offices and headquarter to coordinate HR matters and visa applications

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience. Experience in banking or financial industry will be an advantage
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
