Who We LookFor

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravellowith 1 year of culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work with cold items, and overallpreparationorganization

• Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station (I.emeat temperatures, cookingeggs, chicken,sausage, and baconin depth prep of warm items, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, and organizedworkstation

• Mainly work as a breakfast ‘short-order’ cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner

• Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Attention to detail, good communication skills

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment

• Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required

• At least 1 year of culinary experience

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
