The Assistant Manager, Outreach plays a pivotal role in driving institutional brand presence across Cambridge (O & A Level) schools and colleges. This position demands a proactive, well-networked, and strategically oriented professional.

Experience Required - 3–5 years in outreach, public relations, or institutional engagement
Education - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Business Administration, or related field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
School & College Outreach
- Reach out to Cambridge O & A Level schools and colleges to schedule and conduct information sessions and educational seminars.
- Monitor the outreach workflow and schedule meetings in liaison with senior management and school/college counselors.
- Attend post-session meetings with school management and maintain follow-up records.
- Build an active networking base with local, Cambridge, and IB educational institutions.
Brand Development & Awareness
- Establish and promote the brand across all programs.
- Take consistent initiatives in sync with organizational goals and vision.
- Carry forward the signature initiatives of the preceding year with greater vigor and enriched objectives.
Relationship Management & Partnerships
- Maintain and foster long-term relationships with schools and colleges through active follow-ups, academic collaboration, and vocational initiatives.
- Sustain industry commitments in skill development, academic guidance, and transnational program outreach.
- Build future alliances and achieve annual milestones in harmony with our philosophy.
Data Management & Admissions Tracking
- Maintain and periodically update a complete data repository relevant to the target market and audience.
- Track new admissions/inductees resulting from outreach activities.
Career Development Support
- Assist the Career Development division in maintaining the database of current and ex-students.
- Conduct active profiling and counseling of the students in career guidance, skill development, and professional progression.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Follow up on the guest list for all the signature events.
- Assist the department with expertise and availability above and beyond designated responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in outreach, public relations, or institutional engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Cambridge / IB educational ecosystem.
- Strategic planning and brand promotion capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with career counseling or student profiling.
- Existing relationships with Cambridge-affiliated schools.
