Provides outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner. Performs all methods of cookery, portion control, and garnish all dishes in accordance with Club standards. Through teamwork, achieves departmental vision and goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintains high standards of quality of food production to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
2. Prepares all menu items according to standard recipes and that the quality is established by the Club is met.
3. Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
4. Covers, dates, and stores food and product in accordance with company standards. Complies with proper handling and storage of all food and products.
5. Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and dumpster areas at all times.
6. Keeps all cooking equipment clean during the assigned shift and prior to the change of shift.
7. Sets up service units with necessary items.
8. Assists Chefs with the requisitioning of product according to menu specifications and standard recipes.
9. Operates within all established guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as set by the Club and the Culinary operation.
10. Assists with the maintenance of all equipment, cleanliness, safety, and opening and closing procedures for the kitchen areas.
