  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to foster a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective strategies, team motivation, and implementation of promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, and operational challenges to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and strategic objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
