1. Achieve and sustain Supply Chain performance targets by ensuring seamless material availability, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity (SQCDP) objectives.
2. Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities, to ensure uninterrupted production and customer fulfillment.
3. Drive proactive management of suppliers, inventory, transportation, and supply chain resources to minimize shortages, excess inventory, supply disruptions, and operational losses.
4. Establish and sustain robust SCM systems, SOPs, planning processes, inventory controls, and operational standards to enhance supply chain reliability and operational excellence.
5. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, PPC, Finance, and EHS teams to ensure smooth material flow, timely issue resolution, demand fulfillment, and continuous improvement in business performance
6. Develop team capability through functional training, multi-skilling, coaching, performance management, and succession planning while fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
7. Implement and sustain Lean Supply Chain, Digital SCM, Automation, Advanced Planning Systems, Analytics, Vendor Development, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve inventory turns, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
1. 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Automotive, EV, Battery Manufacturing, Electronics, or related manufacturing industries
2.Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, supplier management, and supply chain optimization. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, ensure on-time material availability, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain excellence.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
