Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To handle entire PR-PO process including documentation and MIS for supporting Manager – C&P for the procurement of engineering and maintenance services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Meeting & understanding business requirement regarding the type of services they need, scope of work along with skill level required to perform those tasks from user dept./ business

**No. of new vendors added to the list

Maintaining sub-contractor database for new works, statutory compliance, collecting company profiles & performing capability assessment & scan market for the latest services and standards

**No. of contractors handled

Participating in selection of sub-contractor/ supplier by providing their registration form, capability assessment form, profile verification, product catalogue, experience & rate list for the work.

**No. of sub-contractor taken on board

Participating in pre-contract activities (floating of tenders, getting competitive quotations, preparing comparison statement, support negotiation on technical and commercial aspects)

**No. of successful bidding process completed

Performing post- contract activities (drafting contracts and agreements, client billing and certifying sub-contractor, processing of change order, variation order, follow up for payment, TDS Certificate, retention money)

**Range (in Lakhs) of contracts handled

Co-ordinate with HR for clearance of Labour law compliance by the contractors.

Compliance with Labour law.

Assist Manager / HOD in Managing Contracts / agreements and work orders during execution including tracking of changes/ variation and delays or extension of time in coordination with Site execution team / Project Manager

MIS Reporting, Track Sheets

Assist in building and maintaining the vendor network (credible vendors) by performing feasibility and quality checks through user department and developing long term partnerships

  • B.Tech. / Post Graduation/ other Relevant SCM degrees.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 6-8 years of overall experience
  • 2+ years of category experience
