Our client is a leading MNC covering Energy and Power investments. They are currently looking for a corporate finance professional to join their investment team.

Responsibilities:

• Support new investments and M&A transactions in Asia
• Conduct extensive industry research in Power, Energy & Utility sector and maintain database
• Screen potential investment deals and evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
• Calculate investment return by using different valuation methods
• Prepare Investment Proposal for presentation to management
• Support strategic investment decisions and assist to manage the investment portfolio
• Assist to set and achieve ESG goals and make ESG sustained competitive advantage for the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, finance, business& Stra or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in, corporate finance, corporate development and/or management consulting
• Experience in deal structuring and execution, financial analysis and financing
• Strong interest in Energy sector especially Green Energy
• Good analytical skills and strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English
