Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. External market data reporting and analysis

• Deliver timely and accurate market reports with key findings.
• Support ad-hoc business requests including data extraction, deep dive market dynamic analysis to international stakeholders.

2. Power BI platform management and data governance

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboard for international users to reflect latest business focus.
• Perform on-demand refresh and data quality check.
• Communicate with data engineering team to ensure reasonable data flow and implement adjustments to upstreaming databases.
• Support new regional initiatives.

3. Engaging technical initiatives and Team cooperation

• Work as SME to advise and promote new BI solutions.
• Act as a mentor to support the professional growth of junior team members, especially provide structured technical knowledge transfer to enable future cross-functionality and mutual backup.

REQUIREMENTS

Academic / Professional qualification

Bachelor Degree of business analysis, etc.

Technical / Skills

• Solid Power BI skill, Power Query and DAX expression and SQL is a must
• Nice to have Power Apps and Power Automate skill and project implement experience
• Experienced with Redshift serverless, prototype design and UI design
• Knowledge in data engineering, web development
• Excellent skill of Office PPT, Excel etc.

Working experience

At least 3 years of working experience on BI or technical position in pharmaceutical company.

Language ability

Fluently command of both written and oral English.
