We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Alumni Associate to join our team and strengthen the connections between our institution and its alumni community. The Alumni Associate will play a key role in engaging with our alumni community, fostering relationships, and coordinating events and programs to keep our alumni connected and involved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni to enhance engagement.
2. Plan and coordinate alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster community.
3. Collaborate with other departments to involve alumni in mentoring, volunteering, and fundraising initiatives
4. Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
5. Manage alumni volunteer opportunities and career services for graduates.
6. Collaborate with various departments to promote alumni success stories and achievements.
7. Collect and analyze alumni feedback to continuously improve outreach efforts and programs.
8. Maintain and update alumni databases to ensure accurate record-keeping of alumni involvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Any Bachelor's degree Preferred.
2. Proven 1 - 2 years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or event planning.
3. Utilizing digital platforms and social media for interaction and communication.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
