Job Description

Aluminium Metal Qualification Project Administrator- Fixed term contract
in any Ardagh Metal plant in Europe

Job Purpose:

Support aluminium material qualification projects across multiple plants and suppliers, ensuring accurate data management, efficient coordination, and proper documentation to enable successful qualification in line with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and milestone follow-ups
  • Coordinate meetings, trials, and cross-functional activities
  • Manage qualification documentation (specs, reports, supplier records)
  • Ensure document control, versioning, and traceability
  • Support industrial trials and consolidate performance data
  • Coordinate communication with plants, labs, and suppliers
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Track KPIs related to qualification progress and data quality
  • Support continuous improvement of tools and processes

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Materials, or Business Administration
  • 2–5 years experience in project administration or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with technical documentation and project coordination

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data tracking and analysis)
  • Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Word for reporting
  • English language proficiency both written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or materials processes preferred
