Having built a strong reputation from decades of exceptional service, they are now seeking to employ an experienced aluminium fabricator. The Position… The role will suit a hands-on, reliable and motivated person to join their team at their Stafford facility. They're looking for someone that takes pride in producing a high-quality level of work and has a high attention to detail. Specific role responsibilities include: Fabricating and assembling aluminium-framed security screens using tools and machinery Operating aluminium saws and assisting with cutting and machining processes Working from production plans to meet daily targets and quality standards Packing finished products and preparing orders for installation. Supporting occasional deliveries and general warehouse tasks as required Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have the following attributes & experience: Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable using hand and power tools Physically capable of handling materials, packing orders, and assisting with deliveries Able to work both independently and collaboratively Willing to contribute Takes pride in accuracy, safety, and craftsmanship Willing to learn and grow with a supportive, established brand The Benefits… The organisation is offering a permanent full-time position with a competitive hourly rate, along with training and development opportunities to enable your skills and career to grow.
