Through this program, participants gain real-world professional experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment across various departments, including Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, and Sales
Throughout the program, students will become part of a team that develops innovative solutions for the construction industry, discover themselves with mentorship support, and expand their professional network
As a NextGen Intern, you will...
You will contribute to Alumil Ege's business objectives by taking part in real business projects, and directly assume a role in tasks such as analysis, design, and process support.
You will enhance both your technical and soft skills through hands-on learning and training sessions, strengthening areas like problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project ownership
You will connect with professionals from different departments and participate in team events, workshops, and company organizations.
You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide you, support your development, and help you shape your career goals.
You will gain insight into the various functions of our organization, discovering how interdepartmental collaboration works and how shared success is achieved.

Requirements
Must be a final-year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago
Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines:
