Job Description

Role Title: Alteryx Automation Delivery Lead
Leads a cross‑functional delivery pod to drive automation outcomes at pace. Owns end‑to‑end delivery across planning, execution, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment. Applies Agile and scaled Agile practices to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes. Partners with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritise value, remove impediments, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness—particularly across automation initiatives.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Proven Agile delivery leadership (Scrum / Kanban), facilitation, and impediment removal
  • Experience in scaled delivery environments (e.g., SAFe, multi‑team coordination)
  • Strong delivery management skills: scope, schedule, RAID, governance, benefits tracking
  • Effective stakeholder management across Technology and Business functions
  • Data‑driven delivery using metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time
  • Experience delivering data or automation programmes (Python, Alteryx or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD collaboration, and quality/testing practices
  • Risk and compliance awareness suited to regulated or control‑heavy environments
  • Experience working in complex, global matrix organisations
Strong tooling and reporting exposure (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
