Pierce Technology Corp is seeking an Alteryx Analyst to join our data analytics team. As an Alteryx Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging Alteryx to create, optimize, and manage data workflows, enhancing data processing efficiency and accuracy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytical insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing data workflows using Alteryx to automate and streamline data processing tasks.
• Collaborating with business units to gather requirements and understand data challenges.
• Creating visualizations and reports that clearly communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Performing data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity of data used in analyses.
• Staying updated on the latest Alteryx features and best practices to improve workflow efficiency.
• Providing training and support to team members on Alteryx tools and techniques.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Alteryx in a data analysis or analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, preparation, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
