Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in ETF or fund operations who can independently handle day‑to‑day ETF servicing activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong operational judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Why this role is important to us:

The ETF Associate 2 role is a key contributor to the stable and timely delivery of ETF operational services. As client complexity and product volumes increase, accurate execution and effective issue resolution are critical to managing operational risk and meeting client expectations.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining service quality, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement within the ETF servicing process.

What you will be responsible for:

As an ETF Associate 2, you will take ownership of daily ETF operational activities, including:

• Perform end‑to‑end daily ETF servicing tasks, including ETF basket processing, ETF order activities and related reporting.
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve operational issues, escalating appropriately when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Fund Accounting) to resolve exceptions.
• Support BUAT testing, process changes and onboarding of new funds or products.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, procedures and risk management standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–4 years of experience in ETF servicing or fund operations
• Ability to independently resolve operational issues and client queries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good understanding of ETF products and operational lifecycle is a plus
