Job Description

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. By opening your home, you can make a significant difference in their life and contribute to your community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour supervision and support for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive home environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willingness to provide a safe and supportive living environment within your home.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Home is pet free
