Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de digitalisation, vous serez rattaché(e) à la Cellule Excellence Opérationnelle et Digitalisation du Sud Ouest, vos principales missions seront :
- Assurer le support aux utilisateurs tous niveaux (diagnostiquer, prévenir et réparer les pannes...)
- Tenir à jour l’état des demandes en cours
- Administration des comptes utilisateurs sur nos outils informatiques
- Rédaction de modes opératoires
Vous préparez un diplôme BAC +2 ou BAC +3 en informatique ou bien BTS SIO option SLAM et vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise en pleine expansion.

D-BAC+2 ou équivalent (FR) / 4ième degré de l'enseignement secondaire (BE)
Sans expérience
- Maîtrise de Windows et Android
- Administration d’outils avec gestion de droits
- Bonne connaissance d’Excel
- Connaissance Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint)
Français (E-Bilingue ou Langue Maternelle)
