WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Paris office plays a key role in delivering a high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors. As an Office Manager Assistant Apprentice, you will support the Office Manager in maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming, and efficient office environment, while contributing to employee experience, wellbeing initiatives, and global workplace projects.

This role is designed to complement your academic programme by providing practical professional experience alongside your studies and exposure to international Workplace Experience operations. It is part of a formal work-study programme ("alternance") in partnership with your academic institution, with flexibility to accommodate different work-study schedules depending on your programme.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
  • Support basic facilities coordination (e.g. reporting issues, managing supplies) and maintain office documentation
  • Assist with onboarding activities and contribute to a positive employee experience in the office
  • Support the planning, research and delivery of office events and wellbeing initiatives (e.g. logistics, supplier research, coordination)
  • Help coordinate internal events (e.g. breakfasts, team gatherings, awareness days)
  • Support tasks related to global Workplace Experience initiatives, including coordination, research and preparation of materials

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Administrative Management, or equivalent — all levels considered
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A service-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • A good command of English is a plus
  • Comfortable with office tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)
