Amélioration continue de la qualité fabrication / montage
Au saint de l’équipe qualité usine vous participerez activement à l’amélioration continue de la satisfaction client. À ce titre, vos missions principales seront :
• Participer à la sécurisation suite à découverte d'une non conformité, puis à la mise en place et au suivi des plans d’actions correctifs et préventifs
• Améliorer la qualité de traitement des non conformités internes
• Analyser les non conformités internes
• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de qualité et de satisfaction client (KPI, NPS, taux de réclamations, etc.)
• Préparer des reportings et supports de communication qualité
• Sensibiliser les équipes aux enjeux de la qualité client et de l’expérience utilisateur
Within the plant Quality team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the containment and resolution processes for internal non-conformity.
Improve the efficiency and quality of the internal non-conformity management process.
Analyze internal non-conformities, Monitor and analyze quality and customer satisfaction indicators (KPIs, NPS, claim rates, etc.).
Prepare quality reports and communication materials.
Raise workers awareness regarding customer quality stakes and user experience.
