Alternant Office Research Analyst F/HReporting to the Head of Research France, you will contribute to verifying market data in the information system for the Greater Paris office market (tracking user transactions, monitoring future office availability, key market indicators, property indices, etc.) and participate in designing market studies covering this asset class.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Research France, you will contribute to the verification of market data in the information system for the real estate market (tracking user transactions, monitoring future office availability, key market indicators, property indices, etc.) and participate in the design of market studies.

You will be required to carry out the following activities:

- Drafting quarterly reports on real este market (user leasing and sales activity)

- Contributing to the drafting of thematic reports for internal national and international clients

- Contributing to the annual Outlook report on real estate market

- Contributing to the analysis of office, transaction and availability data. Creating graphs and indicators.

Profile:

You are organised, responsive and have good interpersonal skills.

You are rigorous and concise, comfortable with figures and have good writing skills.

You are reliable, resourceful and demonstrate good judgement.

You have a good command of Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and IT tools.

You have a good command of English

Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
