Assurer le traitement et le suivi de son carnet de commandes afin de garantir la satisfaction clients.
S'assurer que l'ensemble des éléments requis de la commande sont présents et bien qualifiés
au préalable de la saisie dans les systèmes.
Enregistrer dans l'ERP l'ensemble des éléments constitutifs de la commande du client.
Réaliser le suivi de la commande aux côtés du client jusqu'à la bonne livraison de la commande
(envoi de l'Accusé de Réception Commande, informations régulières, envoi de la documentation
et des certificats, suivi du déclenchement des termes de paiement, transport, ...).
Piloter son carnet de commandes en se coordonnant avec la Supply Chain du groupe.
Participer au règlement des litiges client (retours client, établissement des avoirs, ...).
