Responsabilités:
Au sein de la direction des Ressources Humaines, tu seras rattaché au contrôleur de gestion sociale, tes missions seront les suivantes:
Construire un catalogue de requête ADP spécifique au service
Fiabiliser et analyser les données avant diffusion
Effectuer le suivi mensuel du reporting RH via les différents outils (ADP, PBI, Horoquartz, Pixid) à destination de l'équipe RH et du groupe
Aider à remplir les obligations légales Bilans sociaux, BADES, Index égalité Femme-Homme, NAO, Rapport de branche
Processer les pondérables annuels
Participer au développement de nos outils (PBI, cadrage des effectifs…)
Participer aux études RH
Aider à l’intégration de la nouvelle entité dans nos outils RH
Profil:
Tu prépares un Master 2 RH/Contrôle de gestion sociale/ école de commerce
Tu as une appétence pour la manipulation des chiffres et la mise en forme des données
Tu maitrises le pack office, plus exactement les formules Excel et les TCD
La maitrise de l'anglais est un plus
Tu fais preuve de curiosité, rigueur, ponctualité et tu es force de proposition
