Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Sous l’autorité du responsable d'exploitation, en tant qu’assistant ADV et Export, il/elle travaillera au sein de service Montage Postes Neufs (MPN).

Ses missions principales seront les suivantes (liste non exhaustive) :

• Contact clients étrangers, établir des devis et répondre aux demandes

• Saisie et suivi des commandes des filiales (export) sous SAP

• Saisi des commandes internes (GRN), lien avec la production

• Organization et documentation du transport internationale et / ou nationale (ADR, IMDG, CMR,...)

• Déclaration MACF, suivi des documents d’importation

• Suivi et classement des dossiers export (PO, preuve de livraison, déclarations douanières)

• Suivi et/ou résolution des réclamations clients français dans nos outils informatiques : CRM (Salesforce) et ERP (SAP)

• Organisation des retours clients en cas de besoin

• Participation aux inventaires

• Participation au calcul de prix de revient et filiales

• Suivi des KPI (IFR, réclamations)

• Toute autre tâche selon les besoins du service

Au-délà de des tâches opérationnelles, la personne aura comme mission de :

• remonter les informations pour toutes les anomalies ou dysfonctionnements

• s’impliquer dans les démarches Qualité, Sécurité, Service Client et Environnement

Are you a MATCH?

De niveau BAC+2 minimum, suivant un parcours BTS / licence / Master en alternance. Intérêt / compétences pour évoluer dans une équipe opérationnelle en milieu industriel.

• Forte motivation à travailler à l’international, anglais requis

• Capacité à travailler en équipe et goût pour la polyvalence

• Adaptabilité aux modifications d'organisation

• Rigoureux et méthodique

• Sensibilité à la sécurité

• Aisance informatique, formation aux logiciels internes fournis (utilisation courante de Google, Sheet, SAP ,Salesforce…)
