How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?
Vous allez intégrer l’équipe de Telecom Expense Management (TEM) qui gère l'efficacité financière des services d’infrastructure du groupe Air Liquide.
Votre rôle sera de garantir la bonne gestion des factures des services liés aux contrats européens (~3M€ par mois).
Les missions liées au poste sont:
Contrôle des factures reçues par les différents fournisseurs de services (~150 factures / mois)
Dispute management le cas échéant et relation avec les fournisseurs
Réception / validation des factures dans les différents outils.
Création et suivi des commandes / Purchase orders
Reporting au responsable TEM
Le candidat participera au bon fonctionnement du service et aura un rôle transversal clé, lui permettant d'avoir une vue d'ensemble sur l'activité Site Infrastructure du groupe et de collaborer avec les différents corps de métier dans un environnement international.

Compétences techniques:
Compréhension de l’environnement financier d’entreprise et du vocabulaire associé
Maîtrise Excel / Google Sheet
Connaissance Oracle et SAP
Connaissance de Power BI est un plus…
Savoir-être:
Dynamique et curieux
Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe
Autonome et proactif
Bonnes capacités de communication et de synthèse
Langues: Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
