Recruitment Context / Purpose of the Position
The role contributes to the development of manufacturing processes for new products and provides production support for existing product lines. The objective is to improve product quality and reduce quality-related issues, enhance operator working conditions, optimize production flow, reduce manufacturing and assembly costs, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Improve the safety and ergonomics of equipment and workstations in line with the company's HSE policy.
• Support ongoing production activities by defining and improving workshop equipment, work standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Industrialize new products to support the introduction and expansion of the product range.
• Lead productivity improvement initiatives as part of the company's Lean Manufacturing strategy, including SMED, QRQC, and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing teams.
• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Methods/Industrial Engineering (including:
Workstation design and layout, Labor and machine time calculations, Capacity studies, Process studies and optimization, Creation of work instructions and operating procedures, Work organization and planning)
• Proficiency in IT tools and CAD software (tool design, facility/layout planning, etc.).
• Industrial manufacturing knowledge and practical understanding of Lean principles and methodologies.
• Well-organized and structured.
• Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Transparent and effective communication style.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and situations.
