Motifs / contexte du recrutement

Le service méthodes industrielles du site d’Aix les Bains est en charge de la mise à disposition des moyens industriels pour assurer le montage dans nos ateliers. Nous réalisons les études (CDC/3D/2D/Validations/Consultations/Suivi fabrication /Mise en production) des outillages nécessaires à l’assemblage des produits, la définition des standards de travail et implantation des postes.Le site connait une période particulière avec le lancement d’une nouvelle gamme de produit (T155-7 & B105-7). Nous recherchons un ingénieur avec dominante mécanique pour nous aider à réaliser ces projets en respectant la méthode SQCD.Démarrage en septembre 2026 pour 3 ans.

Missions / tâches confiées

Comprendre le besoin, échanger avec les clients internes pour cadrer les besoins. Etude de poste, optimisation des flux et implantation, rédaction des instructions opérationnelles Réalisation des pré-études, proposition de solutions, implications des clients internes. Conception d’outils sur-mesure en 3D en direct ou suivi d’études avec nos partenaires. Structurer les études pour remettre un dossier clef en main au demandeur afin qu’il commande les composants. Participer à la mise en service en production des moyens (poste/outils/standards).

Compétences spécifiques requises :

Connaissances en Lean Manufacturing, importance de l’amélioration continue Bonne base en conception mécanique (3D/2D), connaissance d’un logiciel CAO (CREO serai un plus) Curieux(e), dynamique, vous êtes capable de vous adapter rapidement et d'évoluer dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire, Doté d'un bon relationnel et d'un esprit de synthèse, vous êtes proactifs, rigoureux et capable de gérer les priorités.

Context of recruitment:

The industrial methods department of the Aix les Bains site is responsible for providing the industrial means to ensure assembly in our workshops.

We carry out the studies (CDC/3D/2D/Validations/Consultations/Production follow-up/Start-up) of the tooling necessary for product assembly, the definition of work standards, and the layout of workstations.

The site is experiencing a particular period with the launch of a new product range (T155-7 & B105-7). We are looking for an engineer with a mechanical focus to help us carry out these projects while respecting the SQCD method.

Start in September 2026 for 3 years.

Assigned missions/tasks:

• Understand the need, communicate with internal clients to define the requirements.

• Job study, optimization of flows and layout, drafting operational instructions.

• Conduct preliminary studies, propose solutions, involve internal clients. Design custom 3D tools directly or follow up on studies with our partners.

• Structure the studies to deliver a turnkey file to the requester so they can order the components.

• Participate in the commissioning of production resources (workstation/tools/standards).

Specific skills required:

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, importance of continuous improvement

• Good foundation in mechanical design (3D/2D), knowledge of a CAD software (CREO would be a plus)

• Curious, dynamic, able to adapt quickly and thrive in a multidisciplinary environment

• With good interpersonal skills and a synthesis mindset, you are proactive, meticulous and able to manage priorities.
