Apprenti Ingénieur Etudes conception mécanique
Chargé de la conception d'ensembles de composants électro-mécaniques de turbo-alternateurs vos missions seront :
Elaboration de solutions techniques répondants aux problèmes spécifiques
· la conception sous Catia des différents composants tels que carcasse, barres stator, structure de supportage de développantes, calages…
· le suivi en fabrication des composants et suivi du montage sur site des solutions proposées
· la mise en évidence des risques associées aux solutions proposées
· l'animation de groupe de travail, le suivi qualité et le suivi budgétaire
· l'élaboration de cahier des charges
· la rédaction de la documentation interne et client associée au projet
· retour d'expériences
Identifier, développer, évaluer et présenter des solutions d’ingénierie permettant d’atteindre les objectifs fixés à court terme et à long terme pour la conception de stators d’alternateurs (conversions, modifications et améliorations « CM&U »), telles que les stators ou les rebobinages pour les OEM et oOEM.
Fournir des conseils techniques pour les problèmes relatifs aux stators
Superviser l'élaboration de documents techniques pour les projets de grande envergure à fort impact commercial, et veiller à leur mise à disposition
Validation des solutions de conception, des analyses des causes premières et de la qualification des produits ayant trait aux stators d’alternateurs et à leurs composants
Analyser, préparer et présenter des informations techniques aux clients internes et externes de GE sous forme de rapports, de dossiers et de lettres afin de communiquer efficacement avec eux et de leur fournir des recommandations

Engineering Apprentice Mechanical Design Studies
Responsible for the design of sets of electro-mechanical components for turbo-generators, your missions will be:
Development of technical solutions to address specific problems
· the design under Catia of the various components such as carcass, stator bars, developer support structures, fittings, etc.
· monitoring the manufacturing of components and monitoring the on-site assembly of the proposed solutions
· highlighting the risks associated with the proposed solutions
· working group animation, quality monitoring and budgetary monitoring
· the development of specifications
· the drafting of internal and client documentation associated with the project

Identify, develop, evaluate and present engineering solutions to achieve the short-term and long-term objectives set for the design of alternator stators (“CM&U” conversions, modifications, and improvements), such as stators or rewindings for OEM and OOEM.
Provide technical advice for stator issues
Supervise the development of technical documents for large-scale projects with a high commercial impact, and ensure their availability
Validation of design solutions, root-cause analyses, and product qualification related to alternator stators and their components
Analyze, prepare, and present technical information to GE internal and external customers in the form of reports, files, and letters to effectively communicate with them and provide recommendations
