À propos de ce poste

Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines et attaché(e) à l’équipe des Relations Sociales, vous apporterez votre support sur les sujets suivants :


Ce que vous ferez

1. Administration du personnel (HR Ops) :

  • Gestion des dossiers salariés (entrées / sorties / mobilité)
  • Suivi de la rédaction des contrats, avenants, attestations
  • Suivi des périodes d’essai et échéances RH
  • Mise à jour des outils RH (SIRH)
  • Support aux managers et collaborateurs sur les questions RH quotidiennes

2. Support HR Generalist :

  • Suivi des absences (congés, maladie, etc.)
  • Participation à la préparation de la paie (collecte des variables)
  • Suivi des indicateurs RH (turnover, absentéisme, effectifs)
  • Contribution aux campagnes RH (entretiens annuels, revue des talents, etc.)

3. Projets RH :

  • Participation au déploiement de projets RH sur divers sujets : Engagement collaborateurs, QVT / bien-être, Gestion des talents
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus RH
  • Rédaction de supports, communication RH
  • Veille RH (pratiques marché, innovations)
