Within the Global Channel Team Team and reporting to Global KAM Excellence Owner you will join a team of dedicated to industrial and retail customers.
Your main mission
The Key Account Management Excellence Alternant supports the rollout of the KAM Program by helping the KAM community adopt systems, processes, and best practices. The role includes maintaining and updating key system data, documenting and improving processes, preparing training materials, coordinating best‑practice sharing, supporting dedicated projects, and contributing to change management initiatives across the Global KAM organization.
