Motifs / contexte du recrutement

L’établissement d’Aix les bains se compose de différents ateliers de production et de logistique, ainsi que des installations chez les clients, réalisant des opérations à hauts risques. Dans le cadre du renforcement de la démarche de prévention des risques professionnels au sein de l’entreprise, l’alternant devra, en mission principale, identifier et évaluer les situations d’exposition au bruit et aux vibrations et mettre en place un plan d’actionsconcret visant à réduire les risques pour la santé et la sécurité des collaborateurs. Des missions secondaires seront aussi confiées dans le cadre de la marche quotidienne du service, composé de 10 personnes, dans une usine de 1200 employés.

Missions / tâches confiées

Réaliser un inventaire des situations à risque, des outils utilisés et des zones de travail concernées par le bruit et les vibrations
Effectuer des mesures de bruit et de vibrations sur le terrain, analyser les résultats et établir des cartographies associées
Identifier, proposer et contribuer à la mise en place d’actions de réduction des risques liés au bruit et aux vibrations
Participer à des analyses de risques sur différents postes ou situations de travail
Contribuer aux actions de communication et de sensibilisation en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement

Compétences spécifiques requises :

Connaissances de base en évaluation des risques professionnels, notamment en environnement industriel
Intérêt pour les problématiques de santé, sécurité et environnement, en particulier liées au bruit et aux vibrations
Capacité à analyser des données terrain, formaliser des constats et proposer des actions d’amélioration

Qualités requises :

Rigueur et sens de l’observation
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Bon relationnel et capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs
Autonomie, curiosité et esprit d’initiative

Niveau d’études requis :

Formation en cours de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5

Reasons/Context for Recruitment:

• The Aix-les-Bains facility comprises various production and logistics workshops, as well as installations at client sites, carrying out high-risk operations. As part of strengthening the company's occupational risk prevention approach, the apprentice's primary mission will be to identify and assess situations involving exposure to noise and vibrations and to implement a concrete action plan aimed at reducing risks to the health and safety of employees. Secondary tasks will also be assigned within the daily operations of the department, which consists of 10 people, in a factory with 1,200 employees.

Missions/Tasks:

• Conduct an inventory of risk situations, tools used, and work areas affected by noise and vibration
• Carry out noise and vibration measurements in the field, analyze the results, and create associated maps
• Identify, propose, and contribute to the implementation of actions to reduce risks related to noise and vibration
• Participate in risk analyses for different workstations or work situations
• Contribute to communication and awareness-raising activities regarding health, safety, and the environment

Specific Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of occupational risk assessment, particularly in industrial environments
• Interest in health, safety, and environmental issues, especially those related to noise and vibration
• Ability to analyze field data, document findings, and propose improvement actions
