
As a one of key player in the Fashion Europe VM Design & Production team at CHANEL, this role focuses on adapting and executing global creative concepts for the European market. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that blends creativity with precision, contributing directly to the brand’s image across diverse boutique formats and locations. Working closely with local and regional VM teams, global creative teams and suppliers, you will ensure that each installation is flawlessly brought to life — from windows to events and animations. Key stakeholders: Fashion Europe VM team, Regional VM teams, Suppliers, Global Creative Studio, Events team
You make sure CHANEL’s vision is adapted and delivered perfectly across European boutiques. Your work helps maintain the brand’s elegance and consistency and maintain the hight level of Image. In this role, you will:
Adapt global design concepts into Sketch-Up (+V-Ray) formats, tailored to each European market
Work on boutique animations and events like Collection Celebrations, Private viewings or Client Photo shooting
Create guidelines and documents
Create a photo report after each collection launch
Oversee production and delivery of décor elements, sampling process
Check installations and give feedback
Help evaluate supplier performance with the VM teams after each launch
Bringing creative ideas to life in real spaces
Collaborating with people from different cultures and departments
Managing diverse projects and seeing them through from start to finish
A mix of creative and practical work, from design files to on-site execution
Experience in window decor design, architecture or VM production
Strong technical and creative skills, especially in Sketch-Up, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite and MS office
Great attention to detail and project management skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects
Fluent English
A strong interest in fashion, interior design and architecture
