How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?

As an Operation Lead, you will work closely with the Regional managers and Command Center team to ensure operational activities are running smoothly within the Digital & IT scope You will act as a link between the Command Center, Management and the Service Lines to ensure that bottlenecks and escalations are managed rapidly

Global Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global-based teams and the Command Center in India. You will facilitate daily "handover" meetings to ensure technical issues identified are seamlessly transitioned to global teams for resolution.

Incident Monitoring & Reporting: Support the Command Center in tracking real-time IT performance. You will be responsible for translating complex technical data into clear, actionable "Service Health" reports for stakeholders.

Process Standardization: Audit current workflows to identify friction points and ensure global consistency in how we deploy new projects.

Project Scaling Support: Assist in the rollout of our ongoing projects by coordinating resource allocation and timelines across diverse time zones, ensuring that local requirements are met without compromising global standards.

Operational Tooling: Help manage and optimize our internal project management and monitoring to improve transparency between the Command Center and global IT teams.

Are you a MATCH?

Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Operations, Information Technology Management, with a strong interest in international service delivery.

Level of Experience: You have successfully completed a first internship or gained initial experience in a structured corporate environment, demonstrating the maturity and autonomy needed to interface with global stakeholders.

Optional Technical Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow and basic experience with Service Delivery Management (SDM) principles would be a significant advantage.

Mandatory Interpersonal Skills: You possess the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure. You are a clear and concise communicator, capable of bridging the gap between different cultures and technical levels.

You are fully fluent in English, as it is the primary working language for all daily interactions with the Command Center in India and global IT teams.
