Your working environment
You will work within the internal corporate communications team and will be responsible for creating, updating, and publishing content for our internal communication tools, targeting our 4,300 employees worldwide, in compliance with our brand guidelines and communication plan.

You will report to the Internal Communications Manager and work cross-functionally with support departments (HR, HSE, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.).

Activities

Your responsibilities

Intranet & Viva Engage (SharePoint / Microsoft 365)

  • Creating, updating, and publishing content on the MySaft intranet
  • Organizing interviews and writing articles (corporate news, projects, events, internal initiatives)
  • Contributing to the animation and engagement of the Viva Engage community
  • Monitoring traffic and analyzing performance (monthly reporting)

Safety Week (international campaign)

  • Collecting and formalizing requirements from the Corporate HSE team
  • Coordinating the creation of communication materials (print & digital)
  • Managing language adaptations
  • Creating and editing videos (Adobe Premiere Pro, PlayPlay)
  • Tracking KPIs and producing campaign reports

Other cross-functional responsibilities

  • Creating and adapting visual materials (logos, posters, infographics, event visuals, etc.) in line with brand guidelines
  • Updating and organizing photo and video libraries
  • Contributing to internal communication events and key campaigns
  • Creating and tracking purchase orders with external vendors, and supporting budget follow-up

Candidate Profile

Education

Student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication (internal, corporate, editorial, or digital communication).

Hard skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Curious, creative, and proactive
