As part of the AI Acceleration team, you will work to drive AI-powered innovation and strategic technological advancements. This dynamic department is committed to accelerating innovation, fostering creativity, and maintaining a forward-looking strategic focus. You will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team with a start-up mindset, contributing to cross-divisional projects and partnerships with Puig brands.
Mission
As an Apprentice, you will play an active role in advancing Puig’s AI Acceleration agenda by supporting the strategic integration of AI across the organization. You will contribute to high-impact pilot initiatives in close collaboration with Puig brands and cross-functional teams, helping to unlock new possibilities that enhance consumer experiences and drive business transformation.

AI Project Support & Coordination
· Assist the AI Acceleration Team in coordinating AI pilots and initiatives across Puig brand teams.
· Help prepare documentation, materials, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.
· Support the management of project timelines, KPI tracking, and reporting processes for active use cases.
· Contribute to the testing and deployment of generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-text, image, video generation).
· Participate in experimentation of custom AI solutions for high value use cases.
AI Research & Benchmark Scouting
· Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and best practices in luxury, retail, beauty and fashion.
· Benchmark competitive AI initiatives and synthesize insights to support strategic decision-making.
· Identify promising AI tools, experts, or partnerships aligned with Puig’s transformation agenda.
Adoption & Acculturation Support
· Collaborate in developing use-case content, learning tools, playboks, and hands-on demos that help teams understand and apply AI.
· Support the facilitation of AI workshops and acculturation sessions.
· Assist in content development for internal AI summits, showcases, and events.
Education Master’s student in a relevant field (Business, Artificial Intelligence, or other related diciplines).

· Strong curiosity and passion for AI, innovation, and the future of luxury and beauty.
· Interest in how emerging technologies intersect with brand strategy, creativity, and operations.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
· Basic understanding of AI tools and generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, Copilot, Gamma etc.).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with other tools is a plus.
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Languages Fluency in English is mandatory; additonal fluency in Spanish and French is a strong plus.
