RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
Rattaché(e) à un membre de l’équipe des Affaires Médicales France, l’Alternant(e) Affaires Médicales participera au développement et déploiement de la stratégie du département en France. L’Alternant(e) rejoindra une filiale France/BeLux à taille humaine et aura l’opportunité d’être exposé à des
projets variés et transverses.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Gestion de projets médicaux :
• Développement et mise en place de réunions d’advisory boards, investigator’s meeting
• Participation à la mise en place de réunions d’éducation médicale à destination de médecins (Webinar, stand alone, réunion scientifique…)
• Participation à l’organisation et la mise en place d’études cliniques et programme d’usage compassionnel
• Participation à la mise en place de Programmes de Soutiens aux patients
Être l’expert scientifique au sein de l’équipe transversale :
• Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour l’élaboration et la validation scientifique des documents et projets environnement et promotionnels
• Présenter aux équipes internes (médicales, commerciales ou autres) des données scientifiques, des publications, en ligne avec les axes stratégiques et en s’adaptant à l’audience
• Maintenir un haut niveau de connaissances scientifiques dans les aires thérapeutique en se formant continuellement et de façon autonome à travers par exemple des nouvelles publications
Réflexion stratégique : Participer à la réflexion et l’élaboration des plans médicaux annuels sur différentes aires thérapeutiques dont certains lancements


QUALIFICATIONS / PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Niveau d’études : 6ème année de pharmacie / Pharmacien / Médecin / PhD / Bac+5 Biologie
• Connaissance de l’environnement Biopharmaceutique
• Outils à maîtriser : MS office
• Une première expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique serait un plus
• Compétences métiers recherchées :
• Vous êtes curieux et bon communiquant
• Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez travailler en équipe
• Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet
• Vous avez un sens d’analyse et de synthèse
• Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et êtes rigoureux
• Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé)
